High School Student of the Month – Jonathan Saul Gonzalez is a senior who enjoys his Breads & Pastries class, where he gets to experiment with recipes. He has participated in basketball, soccer, and golf, and has been a dedicated member of Drama Class for three years—taking on a lead role in this year’s play, The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940. Recently, Jonathan attended school board meetings to share his passion for both the Breads & Pastries class and Drama Club with the school board of directors. After graduation, he plans to attend Bellingham Tech to become an electrician, hoping to one day open his own restaurant.
Middle School Student of the Month – Isabel Soto is an eighth grader who enjoys her Leadership Class and has been actively involved in volleyball and the school yearbook. Passionate about helping others, Isabel dreams of becoming a NICU nurse in the future.
