Non-Discrimination Statements

Due to our participation in Career and Technical Education (CTE), and with the US Department of Agriculture for our school lunches, we are required to publish non-discrimination statements.   We invite our public to read these statements and comment to the appropriate district staff member if desired.

CTE Non-Discrimination Statement

The La Conner School District offers classes in several career and technical education program areas - including math, construction, auto mechanics, foods, and computer science- under its open admissions policy. For more information about CTE course offerings and admissions criteria, contact Ms. Christine Tripp, Secondary Principal. Lack of English language proficiency will not be a barrier to admission and participation in career and technical education programs.  La Conner School District does not discriminate in any programs or activities on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, honorably discharged veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. USDA Non-Discrimination Statement
