Today, we were honored to welcome Swinomish Tribal Elder Lona Wilbur and Tashina Villaluz to our campus! 🙌 Ms. Wilbur spent the day visiting our elementary classrooms, sharing a beautiful presentation on the history and culture of our valued community partner, the Swinomish Tribal Community.
Our students were captivated as she spoke about the rich traditions and values of the Swinomish people, fostering understanding and appreciation for the diverse cultural fabric that makes up our community. ❤️
